Account information: When you create a Mindexis account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.

Communication data: When you use AI Calling, we process phone numbers you dial, call recordings (when you enable recording), transcripts, call summaries, and AI-generated analysis of calls. When you use WhatsApp API features, we process message templates, broadcast lists, and delivery metadata.

Advertising data: When you connect ad accounts (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube), we access campaign data, performance metrics, audience definitions, and billing information strictly to display and manage your campaigns from the Mindexis dashboard.

Usage data: We collect standard technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with the platform to improve our services.

To provide and operate the Mindexis platform, including placing AI phone calls, sending WhatsApp messages, and managing advertising campaigns on your behalf.

To authenticate your identity and secure your account.

To display analytics, call logs, campaign results, and billing summaries in your dashboard.

To improve our products, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.

To comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications and advertising regulations.

WhatsApp messaging features rely on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Message content and recipient numbers are processed according to Meta’s data policies.

Ad management features connect to the official advertising APIs of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and YouTube), and TikTok. We access your ad accounts only with your explicit authorization, which you can revoke at any time.

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as Vercel and Neon) to host the platform and store data securely.

Call recording is optional and controlled by you. When enabled, calls placed through Mindexis are recorded and transcribed.

You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of call recipients, including obtaining any required consent before recording a call.

We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure password hashing, session-based authentication, and server-side storage of API credentials. Your third-party API keys are stored as encrypted environment secrets and are never exposed to the browser.

Access to production data is restricted and audited. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as required to deliver the features you use, with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can disconnect ad platform integrations at any time, which revokes our access to those accounts.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our own site.

Mindexis is a business tool and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in-app notice.
